2. User Accounts

Platform Content: All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of IAS Prelims Platform or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Question Bank: The question bank, including all questions, answers, and related materials, are proprietary intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the question bank for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract questions through automated means
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose without explicit permission

4. Anti-Scraping Policy

To protect our intellectual property and maintain the integrity of our question bank, we have implemented advanced security measures:

  • Questions are delivered through secure, encrypted channels
  • Access is restricted to authenticated users with active exam attempts
  • Rate limiting prevents bulk downloading of questions
  • All question access is logged and monitored for suspicious activity

Violation of our anti-scraping policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.
